How do I exchange my Coach bag?
We get it. Sometimes you and your Coach bag need to part ways. But, did you know that more than 85 percent of unwanted clothes and bags end up in landfills*? We’re working to change that, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Done with your Coach? Trade it, don’t toss it with Coach (Re)Loved Exchange, and we’ll recycle or repurpose it in exchange for a credit. You’re helping us keep bags out of landfills and to reduce our impact on the environment.

3. You'll receive a credit to your Coach Insider account based on the condition and original value of your bag, from $10 up to $200. You must be registered as a Coach Insider to receive credit. (Not an Insider? Sign up) now!
4. Redeem your credit online or at any U.S. Coach store.*
5. Your bag will be thoughtfully refurbished, reimagine or recycled by our craftspeople. Feels good, doesn't it?

Who can participate in the Coach (Re)Loved Exchange program?
In order to participate in the Coach (Re)Loved Exchange program, you must be a Coach Insider. You can access your credits in your Insider dashboard. More details can be found here. The reward is not currently available in Coach Outlet stores or at CoachOutlet.com.

Do I need to be a Coach Insider to participate in the Coach (Re)Loved Exchange program?
In order to participate in the Coach (Re)Loved Exchange program, you must be a Coach Insider. Sign in or sign up for a Coach account first (it's super easy and free!). We need your details in order to track the trade-in and make sure you receive your credit.

What bags are eligible for trade-in?
We're currently accepting any bags (Coach Retail only) where the material is in very good or gently worn condition.* We accept bags requiring up to two repairs within our standard repair guidelines. Please also include your bag's detachable strap, if it came with one.
If you would like to know whether your bag is eligible for trade-in before coming into the store, schedule a Zoom or FaceTime with one of our store associates and they'll take a look. Bring your bags to US Coach Retail store. Only Coach Insiders are eligible to trade-in bags, so please be sure to sign up if you do not already have an account
For bags that are ineligible for trade-in due to very worn leather or materials or other damage, we offer a responsible recycling option on-sites.

What happens if my bag is not eligible for trade-in?
Items not eligible for trade-in may still be eligible for repairs, leather care, and customization to give new life to your product. We also offer the option to responsibly recycle your bag on-site if it isn't eligible for trade-in or a credit. Our store associates can walk you through your options!
